Important Information:
The General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China (GACC) published a new Regulation on 12th April 2021:
- Overseas food production manufacturer exporting to China shall register with GACC starting from 1st January 2022
- Overseas food processing manufacturer exporting to China shall register with GACC starting from 1st January 2022
- Overseas food storage factory and enterprises exporting to China shall register with GACC starting from 1st January 2022
Therefore, all Food Manufacturers, Processing and Storage Enterprises are required to apply for registration with GACC before exporting to China.
