I/We hereby authorise Global Quality Technology Group Pty Ltd (GQ) to act as our Inspection Agent to carry out the Pre-Loading & Pre-Shipment Inspection and/or other services in accordance to the “Inspection Requirements”.

I/We hereby consent that will assist during the process and all the inspection and/or other service fees will be paid to GQ within three days on the invoice.

2. GQ is responsible for the inspection data and keeps confidential the technical information provided by the Client.
3. The Fees are based on the relevant stipulated situation. All quotations will be issued with written confirmation. (For urgent requests, an urgency fee may apply).
4. Under no circumstances will GQ be held in any way, to be legally liable and/or hold any joint legal liability, for any claims, losses, damages, expenses, costs or liabilities whatsoever as a result of, or arising due to Force Majeure or accident(s) during the transportation.
